Aloha August aloha nui kākou! 🙏🏽❤️ we hope everyone is doing well, making it through all the weathers of life, creating space, peace and abundance in the smallest + best ways we know how 🌈❤️🙏🏽 been reflecting on “making time” and how many months have gone by so quickly + have come almost reluctantly 😬😭🥰 and on my knees to the practice of just accepting and being in the times as they move so swiftly with a fleeting hope to catch them and hold them as long as they’ll allow. Aloha nui kakou! Hope everybody is in good health + held hearts 🙌🏽❤️ it’s been a while since I’ve done a solo mama post and have been meandering not aimlessly but more timelessly trying to get centered enough to move forward on things I’ve been running from. I guess this is a sort of honoring post for all the intimate support that I am grateful to have around sisterhood and motherhood as things in life have quickly started to pick up at a new pace after a while of loving holding protection. YOU are truly a blessing through all the learning, shifting, supporting, growing and so much of this work as sisters and mothers requires us to turn inward. Not away really but deeper inside of our darkest parts to find the rigor needed again and again to pull out everything that needs healing to be placed gently into the light. The self love thing. The knowing voice this. That nothing and everything part. The peace now edge. With so many parts to remember who and where, it’s such a blessing to know we’re here now and together 🙏🏽❤️Thanks so much to all the sisters and mamas who consistently bring their everything and constantly push me along to the battle field for our children and our people in the graceful form of peaceful warriors who are moving mountains and birthing a new era, in the name of aloha aina + in the midst of true chaos and chosen peace. In the finite spaces between, that balance between light and dark, we all come from a long line of warriors, and what I’ve been trying to get solid on in myself is that self love, honoring ourselves, is really about being so firmly aware of the opportunity of this existence, that all that shows itself true is the honoring of intensity, strength, honest purity, aloha, struggle and intricacy of the perfect DNA passed down to us by our kūpuna. By loving inward, there is a sense of gratitude and reverence for the very bloodline that poured itself into this aina.
